・関節の可動性と可動域が広がる。

・片脚立ちバランスの向上 。

・高齢者では、定期的なストレッチにより、毎日の機能的な動きと全体的な生活の質が改善され、睡眠の質が向上し、線維筋痛症患者の有酸素運動だけよりも痛みが軽減されました。
